Chahta Holding Group is the parent organization for a family of companies owned by the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians. Our organization was built to develop sustainable businesses capable of competing for and performing work in government, tribal, institutional, and commercial markets.

Today, capabilities represented across the CHG family include general construction, design-build, civil and infrastructure construction, facilities and operational support, specialty construction, technical and professional services, training, and other specialized requirements.
Our operating model combines specialized companies with shared organizational leadership and administrative resources. This structure enables each company to maintain its own market focus while drawing upon broader organizational experience and support.
Most importantly, we believe our companies should be evaluated by the work they perform. Our project history includes complex federal facilities, civil infrastructure, tribal housing and community development, institutional construction, renovations, emergency response, and other projects requiring disciplined coordination and execution.
