The Choctaw Health Center is a three-story, 180,000 square foot healthcare facility providing outpatient, dental, emergency, behavioral health, and public health services under tribal management in the Pearl River Community.

IKBI functioned as a subcontractor providing construction management for site work, electrical, and mechanical work, subcontracting to local small businesses where possible. Site work included excavation of 14.5 acres, storm drainage, utilities, paving, sidewalks, and pavement markings. Electrical and mechanical scopes included distribution, fire alarm, lighting, HVAC controls, generator backup, nurse call, CCTV, access control, and related systems.
