DoDEA Ft. Bragg Consolidation / Renovation

Chahta Construction Inc. (formerly Choctaw Electrical Inc.) was the prime contractor for the consolidation/renovation project at Ft. Bragg. Work consisted of demolition of a portion of the existing Murray school and remodeling the balance into office and warehouse space including a new IT room.

The project delivered 16,600 SF of business area and 9,100 SF of storage area, with new communication drops, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, HVAC, and plumbing. Site work included parking, freezer equipment pad, communication duct bank, storm water, security fence, and landscaping.
