IKBI was the prime contractor for construction of the 8,716 SF Remote Inspection Facility to LEED Gold standards on an unimproved 6.5-acre site. The precast block building includes an open-air drive-through for truck inspections, package/mail handling area, and office/support space for staff and security officers.

Heating and cooling is provided through a geothermal system with sixteen water-circulating wells. Sitework included selective demolition, utilities, sidewalks, paved parking, and street/site lighting.
