IKBI was the prime contractor for construction of the West North Loop Road, a controlled-access 4,400 LF four-lane divided roadway constructed to VDOT standards with security barriers and a precast concrete arch bridge. Additional features included traffic signaling, street lighting, underground electrical and communication duct banks, landscaped buffer, and bike trail.
