Prime construction management for approximately 2.9 miles of Industrial Drive roadway rehabilitation for MBCI / BIA Route NOS 2242-0222.
The contract with MBCI was for improvements to BIA Route NOS 2242-0222 Industrial Drive/Road. Major work on approximately 2.9 miles included mobilization, maintenance of traffic, minor base repair, removal of approximately 62,000 square yards of milling, installation of 7,200 tons of hot-mix asphalt overlay, and striping.
In addition to construction management services as prime contractor, IKBI self-performed approximately 15% of the work. The remainder was subcontracted to local small businesses.
