Renovation of the approximately 3,000 SF Pearl River Resort Welcome Center, with IKBI as prime and Chahta Services performing electrical work.
The contract with Pearl River Resort was for renovation of the Welcome Center at Hwy 16 and Industrial Road. The approximately 3,000 square foot facility serves as a visitor information center and convenience store with food, drink, clothing, and gas pumps.
IKBI self-performed approximately 40% of the work including signage removal, acoustic ceilings, sheetrock repair, interior and exterior painting, exterior stonework repair, and sidewalk repair. Chahta Services performed electrical work. Millwork and plumbing were subcontracted.
