The MBCI Tribal Council Hall at 101 Industrial Road on the Pearl River Reservation houses meeting space for the Tribal Council as well as offices for Tribal Enrollment and the Tribal Election Committee. The building was constructed adjacent to and connected with the Tribal Office Building while that building remained occupied.

The single-story facility includes a 10,800 square foot meeting hall, covered patio, and office complex. IKBI coordinated with Singleton Architects on exterior compatibility and performed structural, interior finish, electrical, fire protection, and security scopes including access control, cameras, and council seating.
